Pneumatic hammer base installation instructions:

* The use of pneumatic hammer base fixing frame, can improve the impact of air hammer, smooth material flow contributes to the tank or pipe.
*Small area fixed frame used in thin wall barrel, and the barrel wall should be in between, with reinforcing plate welding
* Larger area of the barrel wall, it is recommended to install the edge of two, increase the effect of vibration range
*The base is fixed to reinforcing plate by skip welding mode can avoid the tank wall crack, and avoid the air hammer make left and right amplitude
*The vibration transmission efficiency of square conical tank is much worse than that of conical tank ,proposed corresponding to both sides of the installation of two units, so the effect is better
Note:
Pneumatic hammer and base installation must be high tension screw with flat washers and spring washers fixed ,when the pneumatic hammer is high ,safety slings shall be added to the bucket chute to ensure safety
Air source must be clean, because polluted air source  will accelerate the wear of the piston hammer, resulting in seal failure, pneumatic hammer can not move. The hammer head of the pneumatic hammer must be vertically impacted on the base of the fixed frame to prevent the lateral force of the hammer
